I do not use the same predetermined program for everyone.
Every person has their own life experience, emotional world, level of body awareness, and individual needs. That is why I adapt each session to the person and to how they are feeling on that particular day.
During our meeting, we discuss your current state, expectations, and the type of support you are looking for. Based on this, I create an individual Reiki session, integrating complementary wellness practices and mindfulness-based approaches when they are appropriate for your state and can support the process.
• Breathing Practices;
• Mindfulness and Guided Meditation;
• Sound Work with Crystal or Tibetan Singing Bowls;
• Japanese Mantras;
• Practices with Natural Stones and Crystals;
• Gentle Acupressure and Reflex-Point Work;
• EFT-Based Mindfulness Practices;
• NLP-Based Work with Awareness of Thoughts and Reactions;
• Professional Life-Coaching and Relationship Coaching.
In my work, I draw from several Reiki traditions and approaches:
Traditional Japanese Usui Reiki
Tibetan Reiki
Tibetan Reiki with Vajrayana Buddhist Influences
The approach and content of each session are determined according to your individual needs and the professional assessment of the process.
For me, a Reiki session is not a standard procedure or a fixed set of techniques.
It is an individual space in which Reiki is the foundation, while complementary practices may be gently integrated into the process whenever they are genuinely appropriate.
I respect each person’s individual boundaries and do not use practices that are not suitable for you or that you do not wish to include in your session.
As a result, you receive not a collection of separate methods, but a holistic, personalized Reiki session adapted to your current state and individual needs.
